Original Painting: Mother Holding Baby with Green

This piece is a tender tribute to the quiet, sacred connection between mother and child. I painted it using only brushes and layered acrylics, surrounding the figures in a deep forest green that feels grounding and alive, like being held by nature itself. That green holds so much for me… growth, stillness, strength.

As a mother and birth worker, I created this painting with the intention of honoring those first precious moments of holding, bonding, and becoming. It is perfect for spaces where care happens such as nurseries, birth centers, lactation rooms, or therapy offices.
