A Consultation is not needed but welcomed if it feels right.
Clients are welcome to choose the approach that feels right for them. You can simply send a photo you’d like me to recreate, and I will turn it into a custom painting without the need for a consultation. If you’d prefer a more collaborative experience, you can schedule a design consultation where we’ll take time to reflect on your journey, discuss your vision in full, and ensure every detail of your artwork is aligned with your story and intentions.

Most of my custom art pieces are created using acrylic paint on stretched canvas, unless otherwise discussed. This medium allows for vibrant colors and durable artworks designed to last a lifetime.
To ensure a quality result for custom portraits, providing high-quality reference photos is essential. I recommend submitting images with good lighting and composition to accurately capture the essence of the subject.
If a photographer took the reference photo you would like me to use, it is important to obtain permission from them, as they own the original copyright. Once permission is granted, we can move forward with your custom art piece. In some cases, a written agreement may be required.
Backgrounds can be tailored to your vision. You may choose a simple color background or opt for a more detailed setting. If you have something specific in mind, we can explore those ideas during a design consultation.

The timeline for completing a custom art piece depends on the size and complexity of the artwork. On average, pieces are completed within 2 to 5 weeks. However, some projects may take longer, as it’s important for me to step back and give the work time and space to unfold with care and intention. This process ensures that each painting receives the attention it deserves. The time frame includes one revision and up to one hour of email contact for feedback.
Hardware is typically installed after the painting has been signed on the back, ensuring it’s ready for display once complete.
Shipping fees are determined by the size and number of portraits being shipped, along with the destination. I offer international shipping, with the understanding that customs fees may apply. Domestic shipping includes priority mail, delivery confirmation, and insurance. The shipping fee will be requested after the painting has been completed.
Commission work begins once payment is received. After payment is confirmed, I will begin the creative process for your custom artwork.
As the artist and original copyright holder, I may sell images of your custom painting as art prints to celebrate and share my work within the community. If you prefer your piece not be used in this way, please send a request before purchasing. I respect and honor your privacy.
