I channel my passion for both art and birth work to illuminate the profound journey of motherhood within a rich tapestry of sisterhood. The central focus is a radiant black mother, draped in a regal purple robe, her spirit adorned by a tender pink floral headband—an homage to the blooming life she carries within.

As a birth worker, I sought to capture the essence of community and support that surrounds a birthing mother. The diverse group of women encircling her symbolizes the tapestry of sisterhood that transcends cultural, racial, and individual boundaries. With closed eyes, each woman radiates a palpable energy of love, strength, and shared experience.
